This is one of the most common concerns we hear—and the easiest one to release. You don’t need to know how to pose, where to put your hands, or how to move your body. That’s our job. We guide you through every pose, every angle, and every moment with gentle coaching and clear direction. You’ll never be expected to perform or figure it out on your own. Just show up—we’ll take care of the rest.

2. “I’m going to feel awkward.”
