There are seasons in life when we look around and wonder, "How did I get here?"
Moments when the path we were so sure of suddenly blurs. When our goals shift, our hearts ache, or we wake up feeling like we’re moving through fog.
And that’s okay.
Being lost doesn’t mean you’re broken. It doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It simply means you’re human.
In fact, feeling lost can be a sacred pause—an invitation to reconnect with yourself in deeper, more meaningful ways. Maybe your soul is gently asking for rest. Maybe the version of you that got you here has grown too small, and you’re shedding layers you no longer need.
Growth isn’t always a straight line. Healing isn’t always loud. And clarity rarely arrives all at once—it reveals itself in small whispers, not shouts.
So, if you’re in a season of uncertainty right now, know this:
You are not behind.
You are not alone.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to be worthy of love, rest, or joy.
Take a breath. Reconnect with what lights you up, even if it's just for five minutes. Write, dance, cry, rest. Book that shoot. Wear the lingerie just because. Choose you even when the world feels confusing.
Because sometimes, getting lost is how we finally come home to ourselves.
